Local Businesses
Supporting local businesses helps keep Niagara Falls strong for workers, families, and neighbourhoods across the city.
Brian "Winnie" Winrow is a lifelong Chippawa resident, skilled tradesman, longtime volunteer, and candidate for Niagara Falls City Council.
Born and raised in Chippawa, Brian has built his life around hard work, honesty, and helping people.
For the past 40 years, Brian has worked as a door technician and welder with Canadian Door Doctor, building a career rooted in skilled trades, service, and responsibility.
Giving back has always been an important part of his life. For more than 20 years, Brian has proudly volunteered at Station 4 in Chippawa and served on the Chippawa Volunteer Firefighters Association Executive, helping organize fundraising events that raised thousands of dollars for local charities.
Brian is not a career politician. He is a lifelong resident, a tradesman, a longtime volunteer, and a neighbour who understands the everyday concerns of the people who live here.
Brian is running because he believes City Hall should be open, accountable, and focused on practical solutions that put people first.
Supporting local businesses helps keep Niagara Falls strong for workers, families, and neighbourhoods across the city.
Brian wants to address the growing need for housing that local residents can afford.
Stronger mental health and addiction supports are needed for people, families, and the wider community.
